About Me
Leadership Women's Issues

I've spent three decades watching high-performers (primarily women) hold everything together in public while quietly negotiating away their own standards in private. I know the pattern because I have lived it.

As the founder of The Amy Factor and the creator of Quiet Strength, a private audio experience for women in demanding seasons, and founder/designer behind Müd Modular, an innovated display company. I bring a perspective shaped by more than 30 years across design, psychology, and spatial intelligence. I am an award-winning television co-host/host whose shows include "The Advisers" and "Impact + Influence" on the Notoriety Network.

My work is built on a single belief: self-respect is not a reward for getting through the hard season. It is the standard that holds leadership steady while you are in it.

I help professionals recognize the quiet ways they begin to erode their own standards under pressure, and I give them language for what they have been carrying. My listeners and clients consistently describe the experience as being seen without being exposed.

I speak to audiences navigating heavy seasons: leadership under pressure, caregiving, professional transitions, and the invisible negotiations women make with their own credibility when life demands more than it should.

With Intention + Grace,
Amy

1. Self-Respect as the Foundation of Leadership
Why the standards you hold in private shape the credibility others experience in public.

2. The Real Leadership Crisis Isn't Burnout
It's the quiet, invisible negotiation with your own standards when life gets heavy. And most high-performing women don't realize they're doing it until it has already cost them.

3. Self-Erosion: The Pattern No One Talks About
How high-performing women gradually lower their own standards under pressure, and why it looks nothing like what they expect.

4. Presence Over Performance
How to show up with intention and steadiness without slipping into the trap of over-performance, over-functioning, or proving your worth.

5. Quiet Strength: Rebuilding Standards After a Heavy Season
What it actually takes to come back to yourself after a season that demanded too much, and why most "recovery" advice misses the point.

6. Caregiving Is Leadership
An honest, no-platitudes conversation about dignity, decision fatigue, identity, and what caregiving seasons reveal about how women lead.

7. Heavy Seasons and Professional Credibility
What it looks like when a woman's personal season starts quietly reshaping how she shows up professionally, and how to hold the line.

8. Why "Just Set Boundaries" Is Not the Answer
The difference between boundaries and standards, and why the real work is recognizing which standards are non-negotiable and which ones can flex without eroding who you are.

1. You say the real leadership crisis isn't burnout. What is it?

2. What does "self-erosion" actually look like for a high-performing woman? Can you walk us through how it starts?

3. You talk about the "quiet negotiations" women make with their own standards. What does that mean in practice?

4. How does someone know the difference between being flexible in a hard season and actually eroding their own self-respect?

5. You've said that credibility is the result of held self-respect, not the other way around. Can you unpack that?

6. What made you create Quiet Strength as a private audio experience instead of a traditional course or coaching program?

7. You come from three decades in design, psychology, and spatial intelligence. How does that unusual background show up in how you approach leadership and self-respect?

8. You describe caregiving as leadership. That's not how most people frame it. Why do you?

9. What's the most common thing you hear from women who realize they've been negotiating with their own standards, and what shifts once they see it?

10. If someone listening right now is in a heavy season and suspects they've been compromising their own standards without realizing it, what's one thing they can do today?
