Starting as a police officer in Florida, at the age of 19, spent two decades trying to rid the world of crime. When my grandmother had a serious problem with her Medicare insurance - having been told that it was FREE and finding out later what it did not cover - I was called upon to find solutions.
Leaving law enforcement for insurance was a very odd transition, to say the least. I started helping seniors by putting an end to the needless confusion on the topic and began to get calls from all over the country to help. Now 20 years later, we have an agency with over 10,000 clients, and agents under contract in all 50 states that we help to mentor and train to assist seniors in the same way.
I run a training website for insurance agents looking for how to sell Medicare insurance by phone, called MedicareAgentTraining.com and a website to help seniors called SeniorSavingsNetwork.org .
