James A Brown is the co-founder of the Colorado CoLiving, the Hybrid Real Estate Investing model and Accelerated Capital. He is the show host of “This Month In Real Estate Investing”, Co-host of the "Mister Rent-to-Own Homes" show and a guest expert on many other shows. He is the author of multiple books including Hybrid Real Estate Investing, Home Selling Secrets and contributing author to four consecutive editions of The Guide To Colorado Real Estate Investing Strategies. James runs Facebook groups with thousands of followers including the Colorado Real Estate Investors group and helps manage the Long Distance Real Estate Investing group. He is a founding member of Pace Morbys’ creative financing group, Jesse Mills’ Unbankable community and Hunter Thompson’s RaiseMasters. He is also a full-time Realtor with the Alliance group and runs the Magnus Team at eXp Realty. James is also a founding member of the Cashflow Club mastermind group and the Legacy Wealth Collective private investor club. He loves helping people become homeowners that were told no by banks. In order to do that James also helps busy professionals invest in real estate to preserve and safely build their wealth. James was born and raised in Alaska where he spent time outdoors playing hockey, snowboarding, and working on his Dad’s commercial salmon fishing boat. He has lived in Colorado for his entire adult life and has fun kiteboarding, dirt biking, mountain biking and backcountry snowboarding.
