Nervous System Coach & Host of Rooted Conversations
I’m a nervous system coach helping people who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck with chronic symptoms after trying everything and still not feeling like themselves.
My own health journey included traumatic brain injury, Lyme disease, mold illness, chronic fatigue, long COVID, hormone issues, insomnia, and years spent treating myself like a full-time project.
What finally changed my life wasn’t finding the perfect supplement, protocol, or diagnosis. It was learning how chronic stress, unresolved trauma, and nervous system patterns can keep people stuck—and how healing often begins when we stop waiting to feel perfect and start living again.
Today, I help people build capacity, reconnect with their bodies, and get their lives back.
As host of Rooted Conversations, I love discussing:
- Chronic symptoms and nervous system healing
- Burnout, anxiety, and overwhelm
- Why “trying harder” often backfires
- Men’s mental health and emotional resilience
- Living life while symptoms are still present
- Recovery after Lyme disease, mold illness, long COVID, and chronic fatigue
- Building safety, capacity, and lasting change
I bring both lived experience and coaching experience to conversations, offering practical hope for people who feel like they’ve tried everything.
Because sometimes the next step isn’t another protocol—it’s finally having someone in your corner.
