Kamini Wood, a mother of 5, is an international best-selling author, certified life coach for teens & adults. Board certified through the American Association of Drugless Practioners, as founder and CEO of Live Joy Your Way and the AuthenticMe® RiseUp program, she works with high achievers on letting go of stress, overwhelm and anxiety that comes with trying to do everything, and trying to do it all perfectly. Kamini helps remind them their uniqueness is a gift to the world as she guides them on their journey back towards inner confidence, reduced stress and into empowerment so they can be re-energized and become who they are meant to be both in personal and professional settings. She has trained in conscious parenting and is working on certifying in conscious uncoupling. Kamini’s goal is to meet a client where they are and support them as they grow, taking them from expectation hostage to resilient self-leader.
A personal note from me:
As a true empath myself, I struggled with pleasing others and making sure their needs were met before my own. I went through my own self transformation and am now speaking on and working one to one with people on moving from external expectation and validation hostage into resilient self-leader.
My work involves helping people deal with stress and anxiety in uncertain times, in trying to do it all, and trying to do it "right". I also work with people and speak on codependency and toxic relationships when trying to live up to those external measurements.
My purpose is to make sure these topics are brought out of the shadow and into the light, so people can heal and grow.
