A leadership coach, author, former chaplain and counselor who has climbed nine 14ers in Colorado and hiked numerous mountain ranges in various parts of the US, Austria and Switzerland. Has spent the last 14-15 years helping others deal with personal challenges (mountains) using lessons learned in the high country. Recently started a website and wrote a book called “Never Quit Climbing,” providing resources and encouragement to fellow "climbers" facing their own major struggles. "My wife contracted cancer as well and we got through it together using what I have written about and use in sessions with individuals or couples." He is certified as a coach and motivational speaker by the John Maxwell Team and has two master's degrees, one in counseling, the other in counseling/theology.
